About the course:

But how much is too much? 

In this course you will learn:

  • What are the signs of addictive gaming behaviour? 
  • More offer than not, excessive gaming behaviour is indicative of other underlying factors such as school stress. What are some of the common triggers of excessive gaming? 
  • Who can you seek help and advice from on your child’s addictive gaming behaviour? 
  • How do you communicate more effectively with your child and help your child strike a better balance between their daily life and their gaming habits?

You will learn:

  • To coach your child in finding outside pursuits that would bring him or her joy and discover an alternative way of living.
  • Integrate creative play into your early intervention strategy and help you child build social, emotional and cognitive skills.

  • Learn to conduct self-care activities and hobbies that you can enjoy together with your child.
  • Learn simple coaching techniques to gain insights into your child's gaming habits and any alternative pursuits they may be interested in.
